The course provides the participants the knowledge on the latest trends in knowledge management and initiatives, the modes of knowledge transfer and creation, practical experience and planning for implementation.
- Based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator participants will learn how to understand personal differences in and outside of the workplace. Based on their own preference style and that of other people in the room they will start a journey through communication patterns, motivators and team benefits. (2 Days)
- Explore the characteristics of successful teams, recognise the value of different working styles, define what motivates them as individuals, explore strengths and weaknesses of diversity, develop personal strategies to improve performance, have developed personal strategies to aid communication (2 Days)
- Learn the key elements of leadership and how they differ from management, the difference between personal and organizational leadership, the personal key values and drivers, how to bridge personal and organizational values, understand organizational values and why they are important and be able to embark on a personal leadership journey (2 Days)
- This program introduces the participants into the core concepts of “real” teamwork; by providing a clear understanding of the different types of teamwork, the move from leader-driven to self-directed and ultimately autonomous teamwork. Interactive way to build a team, guidelines into what needs to be done and how to move a team towards high performance. ( 3 Days)
